Meeting Supporters, 노래방, and PC방

Meeting Supporters

The first day we met supporters, we met together in a bigger groups first. We went to a study room, and it was 4 total supporter groups. We played some games that were like ice breakers, and we introduced ourselves. Afterwards, we went out for lunch together. After lunch, we split off, and my supporter group (along with one other supporter group) went out to Baskin' Robbins for ice cream! It was really good! Then, as usual, we headed off to class.

노래방/Karaoke

At some point during that week, we decided to test out our 노래방 skills! We went to a 수노래방, which is a really nice karaoke place! It was 25,000 won (~$25), but since several of us with together, it cost me about 2,500(~$2.50). It was so much fun. They have so many songs!! If it is a slow day and the place has no customers waiting for a room, then you get extra minutes as a service. We paid for an hour, but sang for over 2 hours with the extra time. Since it was a nicer 노래방, we even got free ice cream! 

PC방

My friend and I decided to visit a PC방 to check emails and do a few other things. It was about 2 dollars. The place we full of guys! Since we went together, we decide to use the couples computer, but even everyone in that section was a guy! You would expect the guys that practically live in a PC would look really dorky, but they were pretty cute~ Anyway, if you are in need of a computer and internet, PC rooms are a great option! They are also great if you want to play games!!

First Supporter Meeting

Thursday was our first real supporter meeting with just our supporter group. We met at a cafe in 광화문 (Gwanghwamun), and we studied Korean and basically got to know each other a little better. We also had some delicious 팥빙수!! After studying in the cafe, we went searching for lunch! My supporter had planned to take us to a popular noodle place, but it was so popular that the line extended out of the place!! We ended up going to a different noodle place, but it was delicious!!
